Sharing scale model reviews and builds, painting and weathering techniques, modelling tips, diorama building, and more. I like to build scale models on almost any topic, regardless of scale. Models I've covered include everything from 1/72 scale modern aircraft to a 1/32 Lancaster, WW2 armour, strange prototype Soviet tanks, Formula 1 cars, ships, and Star Wars models.
I'm always willing to learn new modelling techniques, try scratch building, and improve my skills - while remembering that scale modelling should be fun! Feel free to contact me - suggestions and subject ideas are always welcome.

I gave up on the kit-supplied tracks for the Gecko 1/35 Badger flamethrower. Workable? They're barely even buildable. I saw a good review of ET Models tracks so I've ordered a set...should be here in a couple of weeks. I hope they're better!

Lots of good Black Friday deals on the Airfix website: their 1/24 Mustang for £41.99; 1/24 Spitfire VIII for £60.00; £37.50 for the B-24D Liberator, and £25 each for the the Lancaster and the Whitley is a real bargain.
