Hi All, just popping in to give a quick update on this Saturdays Pause Video!

I just got back from a wonderful 2 weeks in Scotland & Ireland. (See pic below of me at the ancient ruins of King Arthurs Castle!) It was such an amazing trip that I can't wait to share with you all. However I am EXHAUSTED! I love traveling but it always seems harder to adjust to the time difference returning home than it does leaving to go international.

& in an effort to stay in alignment with the nature of the pauses and remaining in a state of nervous system regulation my body is calling me to honor stillness and rest right now.

With that being said... there will be no Saturday video this week... BUT we will pick back up next week with Pause 35 :)
