Borrowed from another YouTuber who will not be mentioned, but use this as your profile photo in memory of Wisconsin's greatest who passed away too soon. He was not only a siren enthusiast, but one who served as a paramedic/firefighter in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Change your YT profile pic in memory of Tom Diener, who passed away recently from an auto related crash, that also had to do with his job. He was also a firefighter/paramedic for the fire department in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He also worked at a siren place called Sheboygan Warning Systems in Sheboygan, WI. He was 26 years old. R.I.P. Tom. Prayers for his family, friends, and all those in the siren world.

On Google Maps, there is a Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000 or 1003 siren on top of a manufacturing plant in Rome, NY. Installed sometime in the 1960's and was used as a Civil Defense siren. I don't know if it's inactive or not. But just sharing a piece of Cold War technology.
