I know it's off-season, but I have Mob Vote ideas:

1) Silently walks up to you and explodes, damaging the player BUT ALSO their builds
2) A baby version of the zombie that walks faster. No other changes
3) A bigger guardian that might drop 1-2 sponges.

The Mace needs an enchantment that shields you from projectiles. They make it useless in most PVE.
