Oh my gosh… life has been busy over here 😅
I’ve been moving through some huge changes the last couple of months and it has definitely pulled me off my regular posting schedule. I still have three podcasts and four classes sitting in my editing queue (I promise they’re coming!).
But I didn’t want to disappear without sharing something that Yoga has been teaching me very loudly lately:
✨ Surrender.
When life shifts, we shift.
And even when there’s joy, gratitude and forward movement… there’s also the quiet grief of letting go of who we used to be. There are the messy days, the frustrations, the moments that stretch you far beyond what you thought you could hold. I’ve been meeting all of that lately — just as a human living life, not a polished teacher.
And that’s exactly where Yoga philosophy meets us:
Not in perfection, but in practice.
Not in control, but in release.
Not in gripping, but in trusting what’s unfolding.
December for me is going to be all about coming back to this intention — Surrender & Giving.
Giving to myself with compassion.
Giving to others from overflow.
Giving life permission to move the way it needs to… without me trying to micromanage the timeline.
I’m excited to bring you into this theme with the next videos and podcasts. Thank you for being here with me through the ebbs, the flows and everything in between. 💛

Heart-openers hit different this time of year. 💓
They expand the chest, free the breath and soften the tightness we carry across the front body when stress takes over.
Physiologically, you feel more oxygen moving in, the shoulder line unwinds, and the vagus nerve gets that gentle “reset” that instantly calms your system.
Emotionally… heart-openers ask you to trust. They create space where you’ve been bracing and let old tension melt into movement. You breathe deeper, you feel more, you open in places that have been closed for a while.
For gratitude month, I pulled an old but goodie sequence to film for you! This class initially was a sequence from October 2022!
I shared a snippet in my last short — a tiny preview.
I re-recorded this full Vinyasa and you can expect a flow that is:
• slow breath led and powerful
• heart-openign and emotional releasing
• grounding at the beginning and opening at the peak

Manifesting through the elements!

This is how I understand it in movement and in flow with nature:
Space (Akasha) – the birthplace of creation.
Everything begins as thought — a spark of infinite potential. In quantum terms, this is energy vibrating at its highest frequency, before it takes form.
Air (Vayu) – awareness + imagination.
Once the thought is noticed, it begins to move — the first current of consciousness. In the nervous system, this is like an impulse traveling through neurons — awareness ignites connection.
Fire (Agni) – emotion + intention.
When we feel what we’re thinking, energy becomes charge. The brain and heart sync — the body starts broadcasting a new electromagnetic field. This is coherence — thought infused with feeling.
Water (Jala) – nurturing + embodiment.
The idea begins to flow through our actions, our rituals, our habits. Like water shaping stone, repetition sculpts reality. State becomes devotion.
Earth (Prithvi) – the manifested form.
Energy slows, condenses and crystallizes into the physical world — what we see, holdand live. Earth is the slowest vibration, but also the most stable.
In other words: manifestation is energy moving from the fastest frequency (Space) to the slowest (Earth) — from invisible to tangible, from thought to form.
Neuroscience tells us: “Neurons that fire together, wire together.”
Ayurveda teaches: “Energy follows awareness.”
Both point to the same truth — what you repeatedly think, feel and embody becomes your lived reality.
✨ Move your body like energy becoming matter.
✨ Feel your thoughts like light forming texture.
✨ Remember: you are nature in motion — and your every ritual is creation itself.
