New video is up! This one's a little bit of everything — a burn I did not see coming, a new tripod I finally got to test, and a meditation in the park that put a lot into perspective. A few real days with me, unfiltered.

This train station is older than you think.
New video is up, right on time for our Sunday upload! I took the PATH train from Hoboken to Brooklyn and found out this station has a real Tiffany glass skylight from 1907, plus a few history facts and travel tips along the way.
Go watch the full video now and let me know — did you know about this one? 👇💚

250 Years. One Reflection. 🇺🇸
As we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, I find myself thinking about what freedom means beyond history.
To me, celebration and reflection can exist at the same time.
I’m grateful for the freedoms this country has made possible while also recognizing that not everyone shared in those freedoms when our nation was founded. Holding both truths doesn’t diminish our history—it helps us understand it more fully.
One of the greatest gifts healing has given me is the courage to speak up for people who don’t always have the loudest voice. My hope is that we continue building a future where compassion, dignity, and opportunity extend to everyone.
I’m grateful for the progress we’ve made, while recognizing that this is something we must continue to acknowledge and learn from.
Happy Fourth of July. ❤️🤍💙
What does freedom mean to you?

This birthday felt different — and Part 2 is now live 💚 We went from Central Park to Harlem, had the deepest conversations, and ended the night in the most unexpected way. But it's that quiet moment the next morning that got me. Go watch and tell me if you felt it too. 🎂

Something shifted in me this week.
I hit the second half of my thirties. And for the first time, I actually let myself celebrate. No guilt. No shrinking. No “oh please, don’t make a fuss.” I just… received it. All of it.
And I realized — that’s the healing. That’s what all the work leads to.
This week’s video is going live at 10 am RST and it’s one of the most personal ones I’ve shared. Birthday week, World Cup outside under an umbrella, family chaos in five languages, and a dinner that made me realize I’ve spent too many years just surviving.
Part one is dropping soon. 💚
Are you someone who struggles to celebrate yourself? Tell me below. 👇

New video is up 💚 This one almost didn't make it. No clear direction, no perfect plan — just real moments from a week that ended up changing me more than I expected. If you are in the middle of something hard right now, I think this one is for you. Link in the comments 👇

It took me 10 years to get to a place where I genuinely enjoy my life.
Not because I didn’t want happiness.
Not because I wasn’t trying.
But because survival mode was all my nervous system knew for a very long time.
I used to think something was wrong with me because I was constantly exhausted emotionally, mentally, and physically. Anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional shutdown, overthinking, burnout… it eventually reached a point where I felt like I couldn’t function anymore.
What I understand now is that trauma doesn’t only affect the mind.
It affects the body, relationships, self-worth, safety, and the way you experience life itself.
Healing wasn’t linear for me.
It took years of unlearning survival mode and rebuilding safety within myself.
But slowly, life started feeling softer.
And for the first time in my life…
I’m finally starting to enjoy being alive.
If you’re healing too, I hope you know:
your nervous system is not your enemy.
It learned to survive what hurt you. 💚

A quiet New Year, a full heart ✨
This year, I spent New Year’s with my mother — something I hadn’t done since I was 2 years old. After more than three decades without sharing a holiday together, this moment reminded me that healing doesn’t guarantee outcomes — it teaches you how to live fully, honestly, and grounded no matter what.
And to everyone here — thank you for growing with me, building with me, and being part of this journey. I’m so grateful for this community 💚

I haven’t been sharing much lately, but so much has been happening in the background.
This season has been quiet, tender, and full of unseen work. Healing isn’t fast—especially when it runs deep. Sometimes it takes years. Sometimes it takes a decade. And even then, there is still learning, softening, and choosing again.
I’m not always consistent here, and I’m not trying to be perfect. I share when I can—when it feels honest and grounded in my body.
This space matters to me. Not for polished moments, but for the real ones.
Thank you for being here, even in the quieter seasons 💚

108 years ago today — women in New York earned the right to vote.
And 108 years later, we’re reminded: the work is never done.
Every voice, every vote, every act of courage still matters.
We are the continuation of the story they began — and the leaders they dreamed of becoming. 🧡
