Here on my channel I share my exploits fixing and building bikes in my shed, misadventures on the trail and my general love of all things MTB.
Sometimes I think a little while riding, moving around disparate musings whilst deep in the work. Sometimes I race a little, I like to write these notions down sometimes.

Well the vote was pretty decisive and 1x9 XTR wins the day. This bike is by no means finished but it is more than rideable now.
And it is FAST!

OK folks, the last video in the retro Marin build series is getting a drive train on it. I have two options.
A period appropriate 1x9 speed xtr setup or..... single speed. Because why not.
What should it be?
