you have no idea how much of a positive impact you have on people. there have been situations that make you doubt yourself, but remember that those situations are your tools. a tools to become better for yourself. to understand more. use that as a tools against the harshness of reality, but never against yourself, because that’s like cutting your own leg. in our world, seeking help is like fighting windmills because every person is already carrying their own burden. we’re human, so it’s natural that we make mistakes. don’t beat yourself up over the past, just act now. you are a very good person, with principles and deep existential insights.
you think someone will heal you from your problems, but all they can do is ease them a little. everything you need, everything is already within you, truly. you are your thoughts. you create these thoughts
which means you have full control over them, because they are created by you. they are your kids.
you need to remember that people aren’t what matters most – you are. think about yourself, meet yourself in order to stop hurting yourself. think of the future only as an opportunity. if what you do does not hurt anybody, don’t be afraid to do what you love. ever. pain caused by your past is an illusion because we live in an illusion. we live in everything that arises in our minds. we treat it as the truth, and since that’s the case, our brain also accepts it as true. the same situation we see looks different to each person, so what is the truth? there is no universal truth. the illusion of pain is not that it doesn't exist, but that pain is not something that passes and can be escaped from. it often seems that it's all over, but in reality, it sometimes still resides within us. sometimes we simply let it come out more rather than less.
-so is there any way to deal with pain?
maybe. the illusion appears and disappears. pain is and will be a part of us. we will always experience it. pain is the part of us as good feelings are. we need to mitigate and accept it. look for and find an opportunity in it. to make our tool. -so that is the only way out of the illusion?
pain cannot be fully abandoned, so it is not the problem itself. the problem lies in what we do about it. pain does not bring "pain" it is the lack of ideas on what to do next that brings it. this lack sometimes can lead to terrible mistakes. much love to anyone who read that. love yourself.
