The weekends include a mix of photography, mindfulness and journaling. Lunch is freshly made by a local chef. Refreshments are available throughout. Indoor and outdoor learning space is available, with the option of staying on-site in a wooden cabin. Handmade craft notebook, pen and exercise sheets provided.

Happy Monday, everyone! It's been a windy and wet day here in Scotland, a far cry from the settled weather in my latest video! How has your week started, weather-wise, where you are?
I'd like to thank everyone who joined me this morning for this week's Mindful Mondays session. Today, we focused on a visualisation and reflection exercise centred around our favourite local locations. It was heartwarming to hear everyone's stories about where they seek sanctuary and inspiration for their photography.
The next session will be on Monday, 2nd December, at 7pm UK time (2pm EST).
Each session is different, but there is always an exercise and time for sharing by participants.
It would be lovely for you to join us if you can! The sessions are offered by donation (minimum of £5 appreciated).

As Autumn drew to a close, it was great to spend some time by the river photographing the fallen leaves in the water. Moments like this are really special. Observing the water's surface and how the motion, vibrations and reflections change from moment to moment can make for some beautiful abstract images.

We have certainly been blessed with Autumn in Scotland this year. With relatively settled weather, the colours have been spectacular! They are still holding strong in many areas, too!

Autumn is in full swing here in Scotland 🍂 I've been out making the most of this wonderful season and filming some fun woodland videos to share with you!
Tomorrow's video is all about fungi. At this time of year, the woodlands come alive with these wonderful creatures, which make for great photographic subjects! As usual, the video will also include some philosophical thoughts for you to ponder. I'm looking forward to sharing it with you tomorrow!
