I am a certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people find balance and make time for a healthy lifestyle. My hope is to combine this passion with my love for riding motorcycles, so we can all stay riding for as long as we want to. Not just for as long as our bodies let us.
Also, I ride my Harley Davidson FXLRS around and show every Vlog style video to my Mum back at home :)

What do you guys think of lane splitting? It is legal here in CA and encourged. Police and cars often move over to let a Motorcycle through. There are rules and safety tips of course - but not everyone follows them and sometimes I feel like its just not safe to follow them.
