Surfer Girl

In 2012 I lived on Chestnut Hill Ave in Boston. I woke up to the screeching of the T every morning, watched playoff basketball in Cleveland Circle, and illegally propped the door on the roof of my building to smoke spliffs while looking at the far, but clear skyline of Downtown and Back Bay. It’s also where I fell in love.

Our brand new song “Chestnut Hill” comes out everywhere this Friday. It’s the start of the next chapter, but a fresh chapter. Stepping into a different phase, a different level of self awareness. As the lead single of our new album “Midnight,” I’d like to say this one’s my favorite but honestly the whole body of work is something we’re boundlessly proud of.
