Boards don't have to be scary.

That was the room last night.

What founders avoid until it's too late.

Your board isn't a formality.

It's your cheat sheet.

The right advisory board doesn't just add credibility — it opens rooms you can't get into alone.

Different phases require different advisors.

The importance of building governance early before raising.

Diversity on your board isn't optics — it's risk reduction and better decisions.

If you're pre-seed or approaching Series A and haven't thought seriously about your board structure —

Start now.

Not after the term sheet.

Moving to Germany at 18, to one of the most international schools in the world (80% international), changes how you see everything.

Doing Engineering in Germany gives you the fundamentals.
The discipline & precision edge that never leaves you.

But living with humans from every corner of the world does something the classroom can't.

It expands your brain in ways you can't anticipate and can't unlearn.

You stop seeing problems through one lens.

You realize the most interesting solutions don't come from
one culture,
one system,
one way of thinking — they come from the collision of all of them.

And as traditional systems crumble in real time under the weight of innovation and risk

You start building ones that never existed before.

There is no question if change is happening on
the way people are working & learning.

The world doesn't need another course platform, it needs a new infrastructure for humans.

Education that moves at the speed of the world it's preparing people for.

What Bloomberg built for finance, but 10x larger.

That's what shaped GenAIx from the start.

Global by design. Not by accident.

Not a German company.
Not an American company.
A global one
by design,
by instinct,
by lived experience.

Because the mission was never small.

It was always to build the infrastructure that allows every human — regardless of where they're from — to participate in the AI economy.

And it started with an 18-year-old moving from Ethiopia to Germany with a suitcase and a room full of strangers who became his worldview.

NYC Enterprise AI Summit Databricks

Operators & investors sharing their perspectives on what it takes to make agents and Enterprise AI work in the real world , not just in demos.

Some of my favorite threads from the firesides and panels:

System AI > single models

The real leverage is in orchestration, safety, and infrastructure
how everything talks to everything, reliably and securely.

Agents need guardrails and governance

Power without predictability is a liability in the enterprise.

Alignment, observability, and access control are not “nice to have,” they’re launch criteria.

Enterprise AI is a human problem disguised as a technical one.

The winning companies won’t just ship models;

they’ll redesign workflows, incentives, and skills.

VCs are optimizing for adoption velocity, not just model performance.

The next wave of value is in companies that turn AI from “pilot” into the “P&L.”

This is exactly where GenAIx lives

We are building the new infrastructure layer for human upskilling and company transformation.

The Bloomberg of education, AI insights and risks changed into meaningful personalized courses that update every day.

Upskilling teams so they can actually design, deploy, and govern AI-native workflows within each department.

Agents don’t replace operators; they amplify the ones who know how to use them.

The next innovation won't be a software or a new form of phone, but a new infrastructure that would allow humans to participate in the new AI economy.

In the end it's a human world regardless of Al agents, Team Human, GenAIx

In Atlanta last week for Emerging Leaders in Secured Finance

What stood out:

How capital actually moves.
How risk gets priced.
How trust gets structured into deals.

Secured finance isn’t flashy.
It’s infrastructure.

And infrastructure decides who scales.

At GenAIx, we think about this the same way.

We’re building the Bloomberg infrastructure for education & company transformation.

Education that isn’t a course library.

How do you upskill each team with intelligence
that moves with the market?

We live in a completely new world
where innovation and risk shift by the minute.

Market intelligence can’t just sit in reports.
It must translate into actionable education.

That is:

Market-aware.
Role-specific.
Context-driven.

Education that moves with innovation.
Education that moves with risk.

In this next cycle,
the advantage won’t be information.

It will be interpretation & Execution

AI Eng Meetup w/ OpenClaw Integration | NYC
Engineers and researchers exploring how foundation models are actually being deployed into real-world products.

What happens when groups of agents + humans share context, compete on priorities, and collaborate relationally.

No longer talking about AI as a tool, building systems where agents coordinate — with each other and with humans.

This is the shift.

Not single-model intelligence.
But networked intelligence.

At GenAIx, our mission is building the human future infrastructure of education infrastructure that moves with the market.

And the market is becoming agentic.

If agents are collaborating in companies, education can’t remain static.

Learning systems must:

Adapt in real time
Understand organizational context
Align human goals with AI execution
Train people to coordinate with agents , not just use them

We don’t need more courses.

We need adaptive learning infrastructure that evolves as fast as AI deployment does.

The future of work isn’t AI replacing humans.

It’s humans operating inside coordinated intelligence systems.

And education has to catch up!

There was this one factor that allowed me to:

Build an app at 17 in Ethiopia
Get into an international school in Germany
Become a consultant for Mercedes-Benz at 20
Move to NYC at 22 and start a company

And clearly, I was not born with it.

Coming from a middle-class family, none of my family members were able to teach it to me.

But the more I worked on it, the better it helped me achieve my goals.

Luckily, at 16, I was able to learn about it from a book.

And it was the ability to clearly paint a goal or a vision.

Clarity of a vision/goal has a magnificent effect when coupled with a deeper why.

The first step was obviously to think and clearly decide on the goal and future — and to clearly see it yourself.

Once you get this part done, which most people struggle with,

Having a deeper why beyond yourself changes everything.

For me, my deeper why was to create a future where humans enjoyed their work.

And this was 2017, before any AI revolution happened.

Being able to create this future gave me the drive and motivation.

There’s a magic that happens with clarity of vision.

Once you start taking the first small step,

The right people enter
The right opportunities appear

Striking new research on the effects of AI
The study challenges the dominant narrative that AI reduces workload.

Instead, the researchers observed something more subtle:

AI expands perceived capability.
->
Expanded capability increases voluntary output.
->
Voluntary output resets performance expectations.

The key insight:
Work intensification is not imposed.
It is self-driven.

Employees felt empowered by AI.
They experimented more.
They attempted tasks they previously wouldn’t.
They ran parallel workflows.
They filled micro-moments with AI prompts.

Over time, three structural shifts emerged:
1.Scope of Roles Expanded:

-What counted as “my job” expanded.
-Dissolution of Natural Boundaries
- Lunch breaks, pauses, and evenings became productive micro-windows.
-Humans and AI agents running simultaneously, continuously.

Short-term:
Spike in Momentum. Excitement. Productivity spike.
Long-term risk: unsustainable

Denser workdays.
Reduced recovery.
Expectation inflation.
Sustainability pressure.

The research reframes AI from a labor-reducing technology to a work-amplifying system.

It suggests that without intentional organizational design, AI adoption can trigger a feedback loop:
More capability → More output → Higher expectations → More intensity.

The proposed intervention isn’t anti-AI.
-It’s structured AI governance:
-Deliberate pacing
-Decision checkpoints
-Workflow batching
-Protected human reflection

The deeper implication:
AI doesn’t automatically create freedom.
It magnifies the system it enters.
If the system rewards constant motion,
AI accelerates constant motion.

That’s the research lens.

Not “AI is good” or “AI is bad.”

But:
AI is an amplifier

The main question becomes:
What exactly are you amplifying?

Education is a $7 trillion market globally.

Personally, the traditional education system allowed me to change my life
from building my first book app at 17 in Ethiopia, to moving to Germany to study Industrial Engineering, to moving to NYC to do an MS.

But traditional education never had an infrastructure layer.

Education is fragmented :
universities,
corporate L&D,
online courses,
certifications.

There isn’t a pipeline infrastructure that could connect
what the market needs to what corporates need &
what corporates need to schools.

GenAIx is building that

GenAIx doesn’t compete with all of the above. GenAIx is becoming the operating system beneath them.

Think of it as what:

Microsoft became the operating systems for computers
Bloomberg became the infrastructure for finance
or
Visa became infrastructure for payments

A reliable global credential system for resumes never existed
but thanks to advancements in blockchain technology, it now can.

GenAIx stores credentials on the blockchain — verifiable and immutable worldwide.

GenAIx = Intelligence + Certification Layer for Global Human Capital

Currently, we are starting where the need is highest: workforce upskilling.

Our platform generates hyper-personalized intelligence and courses that move with the market for each department of a company.

GenAIx plugs into Teams/Slack,
tracks skill gaps,
auto-assigns learning,
predicts workforce risk,
and simulates scenarios.

All aligned with our deeper mission of elevating humans in the workplace.
