When we reconcile with our past and accept God’s grace, we can finally stop sabotaging our future… and start walking boldly in the calling we were made for.

A Decade of Grace

To be fair, the 2016 photo that popped up on my timeline was from an audition where I was dressed as a rocker chick. 😄 But honestly… the outside kind of reflected how I felt on the inside back then.

Impatient. Uneasy. Constantly pushing myself to prove my worth.

Life felt harder in 2016 because I didn’t yet understand something important — my value wasn’t something I had to earn by accomplishing more or meeting other people’s expectations.

Over the last decade I’ve gained better tools, more emotional intelligence, and a deeper understanding of my worth.

Now I give myself a lot more grace and ease. I’m not pushing myself the way I used to. I’m actually allowing myself to enjoy life — regardless of what I have or haven’t accomplished.

And that has made all the difference.
