It is natural for us, as human beings, to come up with plans, thoughts, and goals for the future. But we need to realize that God is the only one who truly knows what’s best for us. When you have plans you would like to make, or actions you need to take about a particular decision, make sure that you go to God first. God’s plans will always outlive any plan we come up with for ourselves.

It is true that anxiety is a crippling emotion. It grips a person and causes lots of other problems physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Anxiety is not rare. Anxiety happens anytime, anywhere and can visit everyone. Just stay calm and pray. Let it go and let God step in.
PRAYER
Great and glorious God, thank You that You care so much for us. That You want the chains of anxiety to be broken for good. That we can call upon You and make our emotions known to You and receive Your peace. Help us to have a revelation moment when the grip of worry and anxiety leave us and may we give You all the honor and praise. Thank You for Your Word Lord and help us live a life of encouragement and compassion for others. May we be more and more like Jesus. In Jesus Name we pray... Amen!
