Uh yeah so if you've been in my discord you know that some IRL crap happened that I need to not talk about for legal reasons (not directly party to it, no worries) and I also basically am completing an entire university unit in the span of a couple of weeks because unsurprisingly the university fucked up yet again and deferred me on a unit I withdrew from so I've been bashing out the first 2500 words of that 4500-word assignment. I'll be able to live the project I've been working on once that's done.
Between that, the IRL crap, and the heat here it's just not been feasible for me to stream seriously, I'm sorry; I've been around on discord and I might try and get some time in chill streaming on twitch over the weekend (although the Sonic Crossworlds tangle-and-whisper festival is gonna be here too). I really did not want there to be a gap this big.

OK, we are nearly back in business! I've basically finished setting up OBS again and I did a test stream last night and it seems like my mic and everything is working out okay. I won't be streaming for the next couple of days because there's an insane heat wave but I should be able to be much more active once that cools off!

tl;dr I forgot something pretty important when doing an in-place upgrade of Windows and lost most of my user data and program setups so I need time to fix that.

I haven't been streaming on YT lately cause this is where I try and keep all the serialized stuff and it's been too hot to stream seriously (40 degrees lmao), but it looks like things might take a little bit longer to normalize as when I performed what was supposed to be an easy in-place upgrade using LTSConverter to go from Win10 to Win10 Enterprise LTSC, it vaporized my registry and everything installed in Program Files.
This is my fault, and I should have known that would happen, but I didn't spend enough time thinking about it and so now I'm having to reinstall everything and figure out how to get my PC working properly again (as even stuff that wasn't erased now has broken registry links and needs to be reinstalled or have registry updates in order to actually "know" where everything it needs to work is).
Right now I'm still working on getting the basics up and running (real browser, office suite, etc.) and then I'll have to rebuild my OBS setup from the ground up which will take some time (and also can't be done until it cools off a bit because I have to emulate streaming conditions when doing that setup, and if I shut my studio up right now I will actually die), so it'll be *a bit* before I'm in a position to actually be streaming again, but I am working on it.
