Hi, I'm Jose and I make entertaining, exciting, and inspirational videos about food and cooking. I'm obsessive about bread, and I like to eat things that have a large quantity of butter in them. All I want is to entertain and excite
Recipe; Sugar Mix Butter 3 Table Spoons Swiss miss o regular chocolate 1 packet or 1/3 cup Brown sugar 1/4 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Cinnamon 1tsp salt 1/8 tsp
Bread Mix All pupose flour or bread flour 4 cups Kosher salt 1/2 tsp White sugar 1/2 cup Instant yeast 1 packet Whole milk 1 1/4 cup Egg 1 ea
Egg Wash Egg 1 ea Water 1/2 cup
Instructions 1. Mix in a sauce pot, sugar mix on low, then set aside for now. 2. Mix bread mixture together on a mixer or by hand and knead for about 10 minutes, then dough in a bowl covered and allow to rest somewhere warm for 2 hours to rise. 3. Now pull dough it should have nearly doubled in size, knead a few more times just to get it properly rolled in to a smooth ball, then roll in to a large flat piece and add the sugar mixture to it all across. 4. After gently roll it, it should look similar to rolling cinnamon rolls, turn the rolled dough and make 2 cuts down the middle but leave a piece of the dough uncut. 5. Braid one side of the cut dough over the other and repeat till fully done. Placed this in to your buttered or lined pan for PROOFING for 1 more hour. 6. Ones this has proofed, place directly in the oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes, you will know it is ready when you poke it with a knife and then knife comes out clean.
