I’ve been so super busy these past few days!! Did some painting and a little prom prep! Mi daughter wants flowers in her hair (to go with the theme of her dress), so I made hair clips and her wrist corsage. Ordered her shoes (light pink converse) and now we’re just about ready! Prom is in 2 weeks!! The prom theme is Princess and the Frog! 👸🏾🐸

I liked the lotus painting so much I decided to recreate it in a different color scheme! Thought I’d give you a little behind-the-scenes glimpse of the creative process. The downside of being a left handed artist, is the potential of messing up the image or background 😣 dragging my hand across pencil or paint ALWAYS causes an issue! I just had to learn how to cover up the messes better 😂 Also, that everything doesn’t have to be painted freehand. 😝
