I am not a chef just a home cook. I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I cook easy meals and desserts.
I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make from other channels and online sites and will make it and give it a try. I will tell which site or channel I got it from as well. I also do grocery hauls.

This is how I make my sage dressing, in case you haven’t seen it or want to learn. It’s my mother-in-law’s recipe, though she used to bake cornbread and crumble it herself. This year, I’m using Pepperidge Farm’s cornbread mix instead.

Proud Momma moment: My son just sent me pictures—he made my Mississippi pork roast! He said, “It’s good, but not as good as yours.” My heart melted. I wish I could taste it myself… it looks delicious.
