Regarding to my grandmas estate: This’ll take time. I won’t hasten this, and regarding the funeral:I got the ball rolling regarding my grandmas funeral. Once her body is transferred to the funeral home, they’ll give me a call and once I get things settled, my aunt Jeanette and I will prepare for the funeral and transfer of all 4 urns to Dixon Illinois. I’m going at my own pace and this’ll be rewarding at the end.

My mom’s family back in the day. All 4 of them are gone. It’ll be the first Christmas with out them. You know I’d rather be alone on Christmas. I’m taking it one day at a time. According to my uncle Paul, I’m doing a great job with handling things regarding my grandma’s passing.

I’m taking care of the mail. I’m taking care of things one day at a time. My county’s medical examiner office has contacted my aunt Jeanette and they said they’ll send a release form for my aunt to sign so they can release my grandmas body from the morgue to the funeral home. Good thing I got the ball running on that. I’ll get the ball rolling concerning my grandmas estate. Good thing one of my family members has a wife who is a paralegal as in a probate attorney. I’ll contact my cousin tomorrow. I do believe he spoke to his wife and I’ll talk to her when she’s available to talk but I do have time and I won’t hasten things.

It’s been a week since my grandma died. I’m respecting my grandmas wishes by not getting my dad involved, he’ll get involved only for emotional support. This process of my grandmas estate and funeral doesn’t happen overnight I’m taking a proactive approach on this. I take time to myself as well. Good thing family members gave me a lot of advice and I will get the ball rolling as I said it’ll take time. Good thing my grandma prepared for this she got everything squared away months before, that’s what she told her sister and that’s what my grandma told me as well.
That’s all for now. I’ll get the ball rolling soon enough, I’m not procrastinating on this, it does take time and I won’t hasten this.
