Last year, I had my first viral-ish video on YouTube. It was a special one I did for Halloween. I was the white lady, and the background was an epic falling-down old adobe ranch house.

So moving forward any classes that are on Youtube will be on Patreon Ad free:) I will still make my YouTube videos without ads in the middle. This week we have two classes coming out on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is a 30-minute high-energy mobility class and Sunday is a 20-minute stress-busting class. If I can do all my other chores, I'll post a surprise class Friday!

Here is this week's class schedule - Picture one:)

I will also do a homestead/ native plant nursery check-in video soon. I have a little native plant nursery and milking goat operation that I run off of my property. The nursery is about to open, and the goats are having kids. Spring is a fun, busy time for me, and I'm excited to share some of the love and excitement. So keep an eye out for that if you're interested :) Yoga classes are to continue as normal. Please reach out if you would like private lessons or with questions/concerns.

Hi Friends
Just wanted to connect and apologize for not having today's class posted. Yesterday I had the best intentions but a fun delivery got in the way. For those who may not know I raise dairy goats, and we were blessed with three very handsome bucklings. I hope their cuteness begs your pardon lol. I will have tomorrow's class uploaded and ready to go for your Sunday :)
