Hi everyone, my lovely Butterfly Academy family ❤️

I know many of you were excited to have me back at the bistro on 2nd January 2026 with the new Danish-inspired menu – and honestly, I was too!

Unfortunately, I’ve been feeling unwell over the festive period and haven’t quite bounced back yet. I hate letting you down, but I need a little more time to rest up so I can share this menu with you in the best way possible.

The good news? We’re moving the launch to Saturday 3rd January – and you’ll be able to find the full Danish menu over on our Butterfly Princess Academy Facebook page and YouTube channel that day. Can’t wait to show you all the delicious treats I’ve been planning!
