ASC Compulert 'Fast Wail' signal for Mechanical sirens (extremely rare configuration):
~2.1 seconds up
~1.8 seconds down
Signal timings obtained from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7T3Jh...
The up and down durations seem to vary slightly from cycle to cycle.

ACA/ASC Alertronic FAQ:
1) ACA Alertronics with analog controllers were very common
2) ACA Alertronics with digital controllers were very rare
3) ASC Alertronics *only* came with digital controllers
4) Both analog and digital controllers are capable of dual-tone
