Hi My Dear Folks,
we have created ThinkBasic Folks channel to share our experiences, knowledge and the learnings we have gained about upsc, uppsc and other public service examinations which we took in the past.
Although i’m still a learner but i will try to the best of my ability to resolve all your doubts and connect with you on how you can improve your preparation and save yourself from repeating common mistakes.
Through this Channel we aim to create a community of learners where we interact and increase our knowledge base.
Learning, awareness, education and motivation is the purpose of this channel.
Our content revolves around diversified fields - Current developments, Geopolitics, Economy, History, Polity, Geography and Science and technology which provides better learning Space to the students of UPSC, State PSC and other reputed Government exams.

Hi folks,
So when we have last few days left for prelims - 2025,
we all suffer all sorts of :-
stress, confusion, anxiety and feeling of fear of failure.
But at the same time have you ever wondered that :-
“Those wo clear prelims once,
Always keep clearing it again and again
Irrespective of whether they clear mains or not !”
Even many toppers like Shakti Dubey (AIR-1) mam and harshita mam (AIR-2) have the similar history !
So tomorrow(Monday) or maximum by this Tuesday @12:12 pm
I will discuss the last minute hacks for prelims to outcompete others and have brighter chance of clearing prelims irrespective of whether we have finished our syllabus or revision !

Hi everyone based on the poll results ,
Tomorrow ( 14th may, Wednesday @12:12 pm)
I will be discussing how should we start studying for upsc as a beginner irrespective of whether you are a :-
working professional,
full time aspirant,
College student or
Housewife
The issue we face when we plan to study is :-
1. Our mind feels restraint
2. We feel sleepy a lot
3. We don’t remember what we read the next day
4. Also, even if we study we don’t get to know if we are on right track or not
So I will be discussing everything on how realistically we should study with a system of checks and balances !

Hi folks,
After the poll results I feel,
In last 10-15 days to prelims the one question that stresses us 24x7 is
“ WILL I CLEAR PRELIMS OR NOT ? “
Answer to this only depends on :-
how and what we exactly do in these last 10-15 days ( despite the level of our preparation)
So,
Tomorrow (Sunday) @12:12 pm
I will be discussing this & share what I used to do in these last days that helped me to clear prelims 4 times with a good margin despite not able to complete the entire syllabus !

Hi folks
Since the UPSC CSE 2024 final results are out,
There has been lot of buzz about toppers marks only
However as an aspirants it’s our sincere responsibility to discover the facts, marks and learning’s from worst to best marksheets, so that in future:-
1. we can save our attempt by avoiding making mistakes
2. How many marks in general is required to not only clear upsc but rather clear it with a good rank
3. We know the marks of all the Rank-1 toppers of last 9 years ( it will help us to assess the priorities and performance)
4. We understand the requirement of the upsc examiner !
Even I will be assessing my own marksheet as well !

Hi folks,
I know in these last days for prelims, we go though lot of stress leading up to *fear of failure* in the exam hall.
So, After reading all of your doubts & messages regarding how to manage stress, confusions and the limited time in the prelims paper,
I will be discussing the optimal rewarding way to attempt the GS and the CSAT paper in the exam hall in 2 hrs tomorrow (Tuesday) @12:12 pm
The only purpose of this video is to maximise our potential and achieve the peak performance in those 2 hrs, which would immensely help us to clear the cut-off with ease !
