It has been 503 days since Richard Allen mailed this letter November 9, 2022. Richard Allen has remained behind bars, is constitutionally innocent, and has not been given an opportunity or means to defend himself to-date.
This is grossly unacceptable and a mockery of due process. Do better, Indiana.
Greg Ferency, a federal agent and police- officer, was fatally shot outside the FBI headquarters in Terra Haute, IN, while investigating Odinism and the #DelphiMurders. He was a well-respected investigator who predominantly worked on gangs, and counterterrorism with the FBI JTTF.
The assailant, Shane Meehan, was a former Corrections Officer. “[Shane] Meehan drove his pickup truck to the gate of the FBI resident agency building in Terre Haute. Meehan exited his truck and threw a Molotov cocktail toward the building... FBI Task Force Officer Gregory Ferency walked out of the FBI building and was confronted by [Shane] Meehan” This case is still pending trial.
