After watching Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 I’m going to give my thoughts

⚠️SPOILER WARNING⚠️






First off I believe it was miles better than the first movie and most definitely a gift to the fans. I love that they kept the original style for the intro theme it was as great as I remember.

Some of my favourite things about the movie were as the following

The Marionette: words cannot describe how much I adored the marionette in this movie, I believe Audrey Lynn-Marie did a FANTASTIC job playing marionette/charlotte, her scenes were amazing I especially liked the opening sequence from the past of her saving the child from William afton, it fits the game marionette perfectly and the scenes where she was possessing the bodies of others I just found it so creepy and sick! I also loved her whole motive and goal, after seeing the opening sequence I’d completely understand why she would want to get rid of the parents.

William Afton: oh.. my.. god William! I think he was better in this movie than the previous one, I loved his performance in every scene he was in, the opening sequence when he was chasing Charlotte was handled so well in my opinion, the flashback of him in Vanessa’s dream was also great but nothing felt better than watching those post credits and seeing Springtrap finally awaken, it gets me so excited for the 3rd movie.

Easter eggs: I loved spotting the Easter eggs in this film, my favourites being Candy the cat, Shadow Bonnie, Circus Baby, “I don’t hate you, but you have to stay out of my way”, and “we found a real one” those little details just ignited a spark in me that gave me the biggest smile, I was NOT expecting Baby however, seeing that just gives me hope for a Sister location movie or spinoff (which probably will not happen)

Now a few complaints I had with the movie, I believe the script wasn’t too good like the opening sequence when Charlotte was trying to get help from the parents about a kidnapped child, the fact they all just said Scram etc just didn’t feel right, though it’s another reason for Charlotte to hate parents, I think Henry was a bit underused I think they could’ve done more with him though he’s probably being saved for the 3rd movie. I also think the withereds and the original animatronics should’ve been the same models and not different characters that kind of tickled my brain.

Another complaint is Michael Afton, I’m not really on the same boat as having him as an antagonistic role, though I believe it maybe a possible redemption arc for the future. I feel like the 2nd movie is more of a setup for the finale so I feel like my complaints will change when the 3rd comes out.

New channel description for one reason I don’t know Chelik loads but CYNista I knew her and god I loved her (not in a romantic way) so I now got a new goal on the channel. I know those two were very well known by loads and since both of them are kind of gone I’m going to try and get more involved and carry on their AMV legacies. 🫡❤️💛
