Hey guys, it’s been a little bit of time. Behind the scenes, a lot is happening, so I figured I’d give you all a little summary.

So, for context, MMW (Red Agenda), the collab, has a ginormous Africa spanning war happening in its next two episodes, and ‪@musharna_‬ and I have Episodes 19 and 20 respectively (the big war episodes). I have finished my episode about two months ago, and am currently doing my best to ensure the former episode gets in tip top shape for release asap, but due to certain complications with jersey…. This is taking a little bit of time. I’ve managed to, however, upload my episode to this channel ready to be made public when appropriate, so have no worries about that.

To throw in a little bit of data to keep you all sane, MWW 19 is approximately 62.0% complete, therefore meaning that overall, both episodes are 81.0% complete. The eight month wait (so far) will be worth it, I promise, it’s an hour and a half of content.

Onto other news, my videomapping projects.

Now, I can never be entirely certain with what I will finish first and when, but what seems most likely at this current point in time is my video on Ismail I. I have worked vigilantly to ensure it’s research is to a very high standard myself, to ensure it is reliable, even contacting authors and buying books! It’s planned to be my best work yet, and whenever it happens, it will surely be amazing.

Now, onto another thing. You may have heard me a while ago speaking of a certain project to do with Chad. Last year, from around April to June, I was working on a video about the Chadian Civil War. Now, it has been a while, but 90 pages of information and a conversation with an author (again), later, I had completed virtually everything in the First Chadian Civil War. That was amazing and all, but… unfortunately, I lost steam. That was nearly a year ago (wow?) now and I do intend on coming back to that project, perhaps dividing it into two parts. In theory, I could create all the necessary frames right now for Tombalbaye’s presidency, but I will see where the winds of motivation take me.

I’ve also, as a side note, got a certain dialogue driven series in the works I do not want to disclose very much about until im certain it will work out.

As for other videomapping projects, they are on the backburner, as is the latter half of Cathay. I’m sorry, but I just cannot finish that at the moment. The stretch to 1600 will hopefully semi-soon, though, but don’t quote me on that, because I have a billion things to do in addition.

So yeah, that’s where I’ve been. TLDR: I’ve been currently mainly focusing on MMW for a while, and most other projects are on the backburner.

If you’d like to support me, please do subscribe, but also… politely encourage ‪@musharna_‬ to appear again to work on his episode…
Abyssinia will not do itself!

Anyways, thanks for reading. Hopefully you’ll see an upload soon.

Here it is folks! The first part of "Varnasia" releasing very, very soon. It must be noted that due to the sheer amount of content planned out for it, it has been divided in two (as can be seen through the episode span) and therefore the latter half will be arriving later on in the year. Thank you all for the support, and I hope to see you all at the premiere!

Make sure to watch APOE by the way, it's a magnificent series constructed by @MoroMapping and he's put so much effort into it, watching it and helping him out is a privilege I do not take for granted at all. This is its final episode!!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SdbHX...

Alternative History of Asia: Cathay, Episode 1, Part 1 (1571-1578).

The Ming dynasty has long been infamous for its opulence and grandeur. To be its Emperor is a prestigious title that very few have the fortunes of being graced with. It projects its grandiosity and prestige, and has proved a valuable trading partner to profit-seeking Europeans... but this has not only brought innocent traders, rather it has attracted abrasive conquerors too.

While Europe has been fighting itself for decades, in 1571, Asia, and Cathay, lie in a peculiar uneasiness, quite difficult to put ones finger upon. Innovations have been shared throughout, and as that happens, warfare too has ushered in a new age.

Indeed, tales of faraway lands circulate both in Europe and the Orient, and as rumours of continental wars reach the rulers at the top, ideas begin brewing. Nihon, for example, a bizarre land discovered by Portugalicia decades ago, feels different; someone is actually trying their hand at unifying its shattered isles. It happens from time to time, but... it appears that this occasion is a special one. Malaya finds itself in a deadlock, divided between evenly matched naval powers, all vying for a hegemony over their brothers. Burma finds itself resurgent, finally internally unifying, and furthermore projecting its influence beyond.

Power in the orient is elusive, evidently. Its seductive feeling has brought more and more men to war; kings, emperors, daimyo, and everything in between have been brought to the brink, and as tension simmers, one can only watch and see what comes of it.

Alternative Past Of Europe 1356 - 14 (1396-1400).

Austria, thanks to the Habsburg's unmatched ambition, has become so increasingly influential that they have long aspired to be crowned emperor. Their ultimate goal has so far been denied by the Luxembourgs, the rulers of Bohemia and the Empire, who defended their throne in every way they could. From the 1356 Golden Bull to the controversial election twenty years later, Austria sees Bohemia as a dirty player, a corrupt dictator that has to be taken down no matter what.

For years they played in the cruel game of diplomacy, swaying opinions, winning, and losing pawns. But what happens when the very church that crowned their enemy is increasingly thought of as heretical by the minute? Austria is not somebody willing to lose an opportunity, no matter the cost of such a decision. A war of two Popes, a war of two Emperors, where nobody is willing to stop until their head is crowned or on the ground.
