WIN offers tools, networking, visibility and mentoring to create an environment where women have an equal place in the leadership and evolution of the global nutraceutical industry, and where they can reap equally personal fulfillment, social and economic benefits.

We accomplish this in partnership with all genders by:

- Supporting women in the global nutraceutical industry to unlock their personal and professional potential and achieve success in their career, however they might define that.

- Increasing the number of women in leadership positions in the commercial, research, philanthropic and investment aspects of our industry.

- Helping the industry recognize and understand issues and obstacles in the advancement of women.

- Exerting a meaningful impact on issues facing our industry, including product integrity, sustainability, and improving human health for all genders, races and economic status.
