30 today! Which also marks 12 years since I started producing and putting out music. I remember starting on my 18th birthday downloading a cracked version of FL Studio while I was home suspended from high school. Crazy to think that would take me to where I am today. To be doing music as a living for almost the past 10 years has truly been a blessing and I don’t take it for granted what so ever. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for sticking with me whether you’ve been here from the start with Pastel Beach, Yung Gravy, Boardwalk Bumps or you heard me recently from Crystal Dolphin/Yacht World and all the future funk stuff (or you have come to a show/seen me on tour!) , your support means the world to me and I wouldn’t be here without it. Promise I am not going anywhere anytime soon! I still love making music just as much from when I started and I don’t ever see myself stopping ❤️
In celebration, I wanted to drop the first single for my next beat tape/lofi project. It’s out now everywhere! 🏝️
Howdy everyone 🕺 I know this is typically around the time when I drop my yearly album and I know people have been asking about it. Despite working tirelessly these past 2 months to finish it, I don’t think I’ll be able to release it in time this year. There’s still a bunch of collabs I want to finish and put out and I want to make sure those tracks get their day in the sun first before I put out any full length project. Also I just truthfully don’t think it’s good enough right now and I’d like to take some more time to finish it rather than give you something that I’m unhappy with. I really want this album to have a strong visual element too so I’m working with some animators and artists which also takes time. Again, I apologize, I know people have been looking forward to it but to make it up to you all I will still be putting out releases until the end of the year. Additionally I have been hard at work on a new beat tape/lofi/chillhop album which I know people have been asking for forever. Happy to announce this will be coming soon and the first single for that project will be dropping next Friday! 🏝️
