Welcome to MadlyObsessive, where we stop fighting our brains and start rewiring them. 🧠✨
If you have OCD, you’ve probably been told that reassurance is the enemy. But what if the problem isn’t the reassurance itself, but the biological circuit you’re using to process it?
I’m Madison, and I’m here to show you how to move the electrical load of your thoughts away from the hyperactive "Me Center" (medial prefrontal cortex) and into your "Executive Suite" (dorsolateral prefrontal cortex). Using neuro-interventions like Distance Self-Talk and Neural Sharpening, we shift from being the sufferer drowning in distress to the objective observer navigating it.
On this channel, we don't just "think positive." We perform targeted interventions on our own hardware.
It’s time to make your mind work for you, instead of against you. Subscribe to learn the exact scripts and science-backed techniques I use to turn OCD spirals into zero-anxiety days.

If you have three minutes this morning, let’s tune your brain with this guided gratitude session. Starting from a place of gratitude literally rewires how your Thalamus filters your day. That’s why I created Madly Grateful Mornings—to help you build the habit of intentional data-feeding. I hope this helps you move through your day with clarity and focus. Comment below and let me know if you’re being madly grateful with me today."

Brain Train: Episode 1
Your Thalamus is your brain's relay station, and sometimes it gets stuck on redial. In the first episode of Brain Train, join me as I explain the science behind this hardware glitch and how it creates those redundant alarm signals.

Your Thalamus is your brain's relay station, and sometimes it gets stuck on redial. In the first episode of Brain Train, join me as I explain the science behind this hardware glitch and how it creates those redundant alarm signals.
Stop the loops and learn to DIY that sh*t yourself. Understanding how the "switchboard" works is the first step to closing the gate.
In this video:
Why the Thalamus becomes a "disinhibited node."
The science of the "Stuck on Redial" alarm.
Why understanding your hardware makes healing easier.

I’ll be honest for a long time I didn't know what this channel was supposed to be
My content was all over the place because I was still trying to find my own way and wasn't sure what I was meant to be sharing
Since January 4th 2024 I have been on a deep healing journey and I decided to do whatever it took to heal
To my own surprise I have actually healed so much from my OCD and I didn't even fully realize the extent of that progress until recently
I know now that this is the content I am meant to share with you all because I would not have been able to heal without learning about Neuroscience
This channel is going to be all about my journey with OCD and how Neuroscience and visualization helped me to rewire my brain
Please bear with me while I learn the ropes of editing as my content will be much more consistent going forward
Thank you all so much for sticking by me while I figured this out and I am so excited for this next chapter
