Jay Morrison earned the name “Mr. Real Estate” by defying the odds, coming from an impoverished childhood that led to prison as a teen, to a multi-millionaire real estate investor in his mid-20s and a nationally-recognized celebrity realtor and entrepreneur by his early 30s. The Founder, CEO, and Fund Manager of the Tulsa Real Estate Fund, the first 100% Black-owned and operated SEC regulated Regulation A+ Tier 2 real estate crowdfund in U.S. History, and the Jay Morrison Academy, an online wealth building institution and mentorship firm, Jay is making it his lifelong mission to teach the value of wealth building, home ownership and financial literacy to those who lack exposure to it, as he did growing up.
