I recently learned about something called the "Law of Divine Compensation" which states that anything you lost due to years of trauma/abuse (energy, confidence, money, opportunities, etc) aren't actually lost. They've just been stored away for you and you'll receive ALL of it back once you get in alignment. I just uploaded a full post about this in my financial shadow work group and I made it free. You can access it with the link below. Happy 10/10🌟💜

Pretty much got the same answers/results on Twitter too lol. The actual answer is 2. Yes TWO YEARS OLD. If you were raised by a narcissist, you were raised by a person who is emotionally 2 years old. This info came directly from Professor Sam Vaknin and I was honestly shocked and disturbed when I learned it

I asked this question on Twitter already but I’m wondering if you guys can guess the answer. (Emotionally) how old is a narcissist? Meaning, after what age do narcissists stop emotionally maturing?I’ll be back later with another post to give you the answer💜

Posted a thread on Twitter yesterday that a lot of people found helpful so I wanted to post it here as well for anybody who needs it❤️

A lot of people don’t know that their toxic mother is the very reason they’re struggling financially and have a hard time manifesting. Mother wounds cause money blockages (psychologically and energetically)

By now, most of us know about attachment styles (the way you attach and behave in relationships). But did you know that knowing someone’s attachment style can help predict their finances and their level of happiness?

✨People with secure attachment style tend to have high income and high happiness.

✨People with dismissive avoidant attachment style tend to have high income and low happiness.

✨People with anxious preoccupied attachment style tend to have low income and low happiness.

I want to quickly explain why people with anxious preoccupied attachment style are predicted to have the lowest income. This is because people with this attachment style tend to not think highly of themselves, so they rarely pursue opportunities that will help them elevate financially. And they spend so much time stressed and anxious over relationships, they barely have time or energy to pursue financial abundance.

And do NOT read this and feel ashamed of yourself. Shame spiraling is something anxious preoccupied people do a lot😭 We don’t choose our attachment style so there’s literally no reason to feel ashamed. This info is just to make you self aware so we can find solutions and change it

So anyway, back to the point. We now know that attachment style indicates how much money you make. And who is the primary person that forms your attachment style? Your mother.

So you see why I say that mother wounds = money wounds. You not being able to attach to her securely (which is NOT your fault and can be healed so don’t worry🫶🏾) directly impacts not only your level of happiness but also your finances.

So that’s the psychology side of it. Now let’s talk manifestation and how your mother wounds block you in that area. We all know by now that you manifest from your subconscious mind. That’s where the expression “you don’t manifest what you want, you manifest who you are” comes from. So if you have negative messages programmed in your subconscious mind, it’ll interfere with what you’re trying to manifest.

Because who is mainly responsible for programming your subconscious mind? Your mother! So if you have a toxic mother who verbally, emotionally, or even physically abused you (abandoned you, rejected you, neglected you, etc)… that mistreatment sent a strong message to your subconscious mind saying “I am worthless. I am unloveable. I don’t deserve good things.”

Now image you’re trying to manifest a new condo. Your conscious mind is saying “I want this condo. I deserve this condo.” But your subconscious mind is literally fighting you on it. Your subconscious is saying “No, you can’t have it. You don’t deserve good things. You’re not worthy of good things.” And remember, we manifest from our subconscious so the manifestation will be blocked by the subconscious programming that you mother instilled in you.

And again, do NOT get discouraged after reading this because this CAN be fixed.

So let’s talk solutions now. Logically the best solution to this is to remove those negative messages that your toxic mother programmed into your subconscious, and replace them with messages that the loving/healthy mother that you deserved would’ve programmed there.

And the best way to reprogram your subconscious is through repetition. You have to repeatedly affirm “I am worthy. I am deserving. I am lovable” until it sticks. The best times to do this so that the affirmations actually stick to your subconscious mind are:

✨while you’re asleep
✨while you’re looking in a mirror
✨while you’re meditating

So basically you should listen to affirmations while you sleep, repeat them while you look in the mirror, and repeat them while you’re in a meditative state. You have to be very consistent with this for it to work. Eventually you’ll start to see that you’re manifesting much more easily, especially when it comes to finances💚

If you found this thread helpful and want more depth info about healing your mother wounds to clear your money blockages, I created a 45 minute deep dive video💕

Initially I made the video for my Patreon group. But if you aren’t a member of the group and you have no interest in joining another membership (which I completely understand lol) I wanted to still give you the option to watch it. Realized today that my fear of commitment is actually a fear of confinement. Makes perfect sense why I struggle with the thought of getting married, having kids and buying a home. The thought of even choosing a specific city to live in longterm terrifies me😭 Turns out it’s yet another trauma response

Hey guys! I just uploaded a video but I think I accidently left some information in it that discloses somebody's identity. I like to keep people anonymous when I share stories from my past. So I have to edit that part out and re-upload. Sorry about that!

Hi everyone! Currently working on videos so be on the look out for those. But until then, I figured I’d post more in the community tab on here🥰 So lately I’ve been OBSESSED with ChatGPT. Not sure if y’all have heard of it but it’s an artificial intelligence (Ai) chatbot that you can ask any question to (and no this isn’t an ad, I’m legitimately obsessed and spend hours asking it questions😂). So I figured that whenever I ask it a question and get good answers, I’ll copy and paste the answers here to share with you guys. Today’s question I asked was: What are the benefits of crying. (I asked this because I’ve been having issues with my shopify store so I was crying my eyes out😭 Asking about the benefits of crying made me feel a little better lol). So here is the answer it gave me to the question “What are the benefits of crying?” :

✨Crying is a natural and healthy emotional response that can offer several benefits for emotional and physical well-being. Here are some potential benefits of crying:

1. Emotional Release: Crying allows for the release of pent-up emotions, such as sadness, grief, frustration, or even joy. It serves as a way to express and process intense feelings, providing emotional relief and catharsis.

2. Stress Reduction: Shedding tears can help reduce stress and promote relaxation. Crying activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which can help calm the body and mind, leading to a sense of emotional and physical relief.

3. Mood Enhancement: Crying triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good hormones. These endorphins can help improve mood, alleviate emotional pain, and create a sense of emotional well-being.

4. Emotional Healing: Tears can facilitate emotional healing by allowing you to confront and work through emotional wounds, traumas, or difficult life events. Crying can be a part of the healing process and contribute to personal growth and resilience.

5. Social Bonding and Connection: Tears have the ability to evoke empathy and compassion in others. When we cry, it often elicits support and comfort from those around us, fostering social connection, understanding, and deepening relationships.

6. Physical Relief: Crying can have physical benefits as well. Tears help lubricate and cleanse the eyes, removing irritants and protecting the eyes from dryness. Crying can also serve as a natural way to release built-up tension in the body, providing a sense of physical release.

It's important to note that the benefits of crying can vary from person to person, and everyone's emotional expression and response are unique. However, it's generally considered healthy to allow yourself to cry when needed and honor your emotions. If you find that your tears persistently interfere with your daily life or if you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, it may be beneficial to seek support from a mental health professional who can provide guidance and help you navigate your emotional well-being.✨

Ok back to me now lol. I hope this was helpful and interesting. I’ll be sharing more of these because I literally spend hours asking it questions and I’ve come up with a lot of good ones. I’ll also be incorporating more Ai into my channel because it’s become a HUGE part of my healing journey. Let me know what you guys think💜
