This fall was a season of letting go.

A deep shedding.
A quiet undoing I did not see coming.

I lost my best friend, Jess, unexpectedly.
Her transition into Spirit cracked me open in ways I never could have planned for.

I grieved.
I integrated.
I went inward.

I didn’t get answers. I got quieter.

She tried to warn me.
Chronic UTIs.
Womb pain so sharp it would drop me to my knees.
No diagnosis. No reason. Just resistance that made no logical sense.

But I kept pushing — because my mind said, "It’s everything I wanted"
My body said, “Get the f** out.”*

And I didn’t listen.

On our wedding day, the ring wouldn’t even fit over my finger.
(You can’t make this sh*t up.)
I forced it on anyway.
And that’s the moment I abandoned myself to be loved.

Here’s the part that still gives me chills:
When I left him, the pain left too.

Your body always celebrates when you come home to yourself.

That was the day I stopped calling my symptoms "problems"
and started calling them portals.

Because your body doesn’t speak in logic.
She speaks in sensations.
And when you’re an empath, healer, or lightworker —
those sensations are your spiritual navigation system.

Sometimes your body trembles, breaks out, or aches —
not because you’re doing something wrong,
but because you’re expanding into something right.

The contraction isn’t punishment.
It’s protection.
A full-body no is redirection.
A symptom during expansion is recalibration.

This is what I mean when I say your body isn’t in the way —
she’s leading the way.

So if your body’s talking to you right now —
don’t override her.
Don’t shame her.
Ask her what she’s trying to help you become.

Because every time you choose your body,
you choose your destiny.
