“සරලකමයි සත්‍ය සතුටට යන ලේසිම මාර්ගය.”

1. සරලකම කියන්නේ ජීවන රටාවක්
සරලකම කියන්නේ ඇඳුම් හෝ දේවල් අඩු කරගන්න එක විතරක් නෙවෙයි. ඒක හිතන විදිහ, කතා කරන විදිහ, හැසිරෙන විදිහ ඇතුළත් ජීවන රටාවක්.

2. සරලකම සහ සතුට
අධික දේවල් තිබුණාට සතුට ලැබෙන්නෙ නැහැ.
සරල ජීවිතයක් තියෙනකොට,
👉 කුඩා දේවල් වලින්ම සතුට ලැබෙනවා
👉 මානසික පීඩනය අඩු වෙනවා

3. සරලකම සහ මනුෂ්‍ය සම්බන්ධතා
සරල මිනිස්සු
✔️ අහංකාර නැහැ
✔️ අනිත් අයට ගරු කරනවා
ඒ නිසා එයාලට හොඳ සම්බන්ධතා තියාගන්න ලේසි.

4. සරලකම සහ සාර්ථකත්වය
සරලකම තියෙන කෙනෙක්
👉 තමන්ගේ ඉලක්ක වලට focus කරගන්න පුළුවන්
👉 අනවශ්‍ය දේවල් වලට කාලය නාස්ති කරන්නේ නැහැ

5. දෛනික ජීවිතේ සරලකම යොදාගන්න විදිහ
• අතිරේක දේවල් වලට වැඩිය අවධානය නොදෙන්න
• තියෙන දේවල් අගය කරන්න
• අවංකව, සාමකාමීව ජීවත් වෙන්න
• අනිත් අයට උදව් කරන්න
