The photo I’m posting today is from before I became Muslim.
It was the first time I ever put on a hijab—just to visit a mosque in Istanbul because I was bored, doing tourist things. I walked into the Blue Mosque not knowing my entire life was about to change.

Back then… I was obsessed with my appearance.
I hated myself.
I had even self-harmed because of the way I viewed my body.
I lived with demons I didn’t tell anyone about—dark moments where I wished someone, anyone, would help me.

Islam healed me.
Allah healed me.
But the truth is… we all have these moments. All of us. Moments where life breaks us in ways nobody can see.

And right now, I’m raising money for three sisters who are living through those dark, lonely moments and have nobody to help them except us:

🔸 One sister is in a mental institution, terrified, alone, and being threatened that her children will be taken away—because of abuse she endured, through no fault of her own.

🔸 One sister lost both her parents, is drowning in loneliness and depression, and desperately wants to reconnect to Allah but has no support system at all.

🔸 One sister is stuck in a non-Muslim country, isolated, unsafe, and needs to escape immediately before her situation gets worse.

These are real women. Real pain. Real lives hanging by a thread.

And today is Giving Day.
Everyone is donating to at least one cause.

✨ Please—donate anything. Even $1.
Don’t let your name be the one the angels don’t write today.
Don’t let today pass without being part of someone’s rescue.

May Allah write you among those who lifted someone out of darkness. 🤍

If you’ve ever faced a mental health crisis…
If you’ve ever felt lonely…
If you’ve ever lost someone you love…
Then these sisters need you.

Allah has given you a chance to help someone who is going through the same pain you’ve experienced.
I relate to these sisters deeply — and this is why I’m helping them.

Here’s a little about each one:

1. A Sister in a Severe Mental Health Crisis

She is currently sectioned after a serious breakdown. Her children may be taken into care, and she has nowhere stable to return to once discharged. Your support can help her with legal fees, essential costs, and a safe home so she can rebuild her life and reunite with her kids.

2. A Sister Who Lost Both Parents

She’s grieving the death of her mother and father. Her mental health has collapsed, and she is stuck in an environment that is making everything worse. She needs a safe space, emotional support, and the means to heal and start again.

3. A Revert Sister Alone in a Non-Muslim Country

She has survived war, lived as a refugee, was expelled from Turkey, and is now completely alone with no Muslim community around her. She needs help to relocate somewhere safe, find stability, and rebuild her life with dignity.

If you’ve felt pain like theirs, you understand how life-changing a little support can be.
Please donate whatever you can. Your kindness could be the turning point in their lives.

🌙 Alhamdulillah — Sudan Meal Distribution Update 🌙

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated to help feed the people of Sudan. 🤍

This was not done through any big charity — it was completely hand-to-hand, with no admin fees and no deductions. Every single penny you donated went directly towards feeding those in need.

Here are some pictures from the meal distribution. 🍛✨
May Allah reward each of you abundantly for your generosity, your trust, and your kindness. You have no idea how much it means — not just to me, but to the people whose lives you’ve touched.

May Allah accept it from all of us and multiply your reward. Ameen. 🤲🏽❤️

I’ve put the videos on my insta story!! Check out my instagram to see the videos!

🌍 We’re so, so close to reaching our goal for Sudan!
Only £700 away from feeding families who are struggling to survive right now — every pound goes directly to food on the ground, nothing to admin, nothing to me — all for them.

And subhanAllah… someone just donated £500! 🤯
To everyone who’s given — whether it was a huge amount or just a few pounds — it truly means the world to me.

If you haven’t donated yet, please don’t miss out on being part of this. Even £1 can make a difference today. 🤍

🕌 It’s Jumu‘ah — the best day to give for the sake of Allah.

Please take a moment today to give to Sudan 🇸🇩
If you haven’t donated anything yet, let this be the day you do.

We’re only trying to raise a small amount, but it could mean food for families who are starving.
Every penny goes directly to feeding people in Sudan — nothing goes to admin, me, or anyone involved.

Be written among those who cared — those who didn’t scroll past when others were suffering.

🌙 Allah multiplies every act of charity up to 700 times.
Give with a pure heart, and trust that Allah will return it to you in ways you can’t imagine.

Do you care about what’s happening in Sudan? This cause is deeply personal to me. A close friend introduced me to an incredible woman in Nigeria who feeds the poor and shares Islam through kindness. One day, while distributing food, starving boys ran out of the bushes — orphans left behind after Boko Haram killed their fathers and their mothers remarried in nearby towns. These boys now live in forests, struggling to survive.

That same sister is now working with a brother in Sudan who escaped the war and is determined to help those still trapped inside. Together, we’ve built a trusted network reaching people that most aid cannot reach. For just $5,000, we can feed 400 families every single day. Allah ﷻ says: “Whatever you spend in charity, Allah will replace it. And He is the best of providers.” (Surah Saba 34:39) Every donation, no matter how small, goes directly to feeding those in desperate need. gofund.me/bcf7eeba4

DO YOU CARE ABOUT WHAT’S HAPPENING IN SUDAN?

This is something really close to my heart.

A close friend of mine has a friend who runs a small charity in Nigeria. She’s one of those incredible women who gives food to the poor and even does da’wah in Christian villages — just to show them kindness and what Islam truly looks like.

When she was handing out food one day, she told us that suddenly all these little boys came running out of the bushes — starving, desperate for food. When my friend asked her what had happened, she said something that broke my heart.

Boko Haram had gone into their villages and killed all the men. The women fled and remarried in nearby towns — but the new husbands refused to take in the boys from the first marriages. So these boys were left behind, living in forests together, just trying to survive.

And now, she’s connected with a brother in Sudan — a man who’s lived through unimaginable loss and suffering. He managed to escape the war, but his mission now is to help those who are still there. Together, we’ve found a way to reach people inside Sudan — something that’s almost impossible to do right now.

It’s incredibly difficult to get aid into Sudan. But we can.
Through our trusted contacts in Nigeria and Sudan, we’re now raising funds to feed 400 families every single day — for just $5,000.

That’s all it takes to feed hundreds of people daily.

Allah ﷻ says:

“Whatever you spend in charity, Allah will replace it. And He is the best of providers.”
(Surah Saba 34:39)

If you want to help the people of Sudan, please donate. Even a small amount goes directly to feeding those who need it most.
This is real, it’s happening, and your donation will reach them.
