WEEK 1 | DAY 2 – SHOULDER CHECK
This is Black Flag Fitness. No gimmicks. No emojis. No hype. Just raw training for athletes chasing elite results.
Today’s upper body session focuses on strict pressing volume, controlled pulling, and muscular endurance under fatigue. This is a day built for competitors — CrossFit athletes, HYROX racers, and anyone preparing for the real-world demands of sport.
Strict Press + Strict Pull-ups to build overhead strength and scapular control.
WOD “Shoulder Check” — a 3-round fight to build engine, endurance, and movement integrity under fatigue:
• Handstand Push-ups
• Pull-ups
• Front Rack DB Lunges
• Sit-ups
We finish with accessory work to bulletproof the shoulders and a cooldown designed to restore positioning.
