Can’t believe I’m now 42 years young! It’s been great, tough, exciting, enlightening, terrifying, joyous, overwhelming and most of all, humbling.
I am grateful to everyone who’s impacted this life and to those yet to do so. I’m glad I came to experience this life and who knows what’s to experience after this one?
I have no wishes for the future, just ones for the present- that it may be felt intensely and truly by me and everyone else around. That we may experience and appreciate each other in the most human form- LOVE.

After 25hrs in the air, I’m back in Indonesia again and jet lag is hitting HARD! Does anyone ever suffer jet lag? Any tips to snap out of it quickly? I’ll appreciate some suggestions as long as it doesn’t involve serious physical activities 😂
