Have you ever been to a chess event in person?

In 2023, I saw Ian Nepomniachtchi play Ding Liren, and it was such a great experience.

There were no more than 40 people in the audience. I even spotted Hans Niemann there during Game 14. Everyone sat in a small soundproof glass room, with the players only about five meters away.
