CHSU offers a local option for medical school and seeks to help remedy the shortage of health care providers in the Central Valley. CHSU is currently accepting applications for its Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS) programs.

CHSU’s College of Biosciences & Health Professions has extended the application deadline for the Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS) program to July 23!
This is your opportunity to strengthen your academic foundation, gain valuable experience, and prepare for medical school or other health professional programs.
MSBS students who meet specific requirements may also be eligible for CHSU’s Guaranteed Acceptance or Guaranteed Interview Pathways to the College of Osteopathic Medicine.

This past weekend, California Health Sciences University had the privilege of welcoming Dr. Lisa DeStefano for an immersive 3-day Clinical Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) workshop. 👐💙
Physicians and medical students from across California came together, ranging from experienced DOs to curious MDs, to build foundational skills or refresh their OMM techniques.
Participants earned 16 hours of AOA Category 1-A & AMA PRA Category 1 Credits
