Reports suggest that China may be increasing military transport flights to Iran, with multiple large cargo aircraft—possibly the Y-20—arriving in recent days. With an estimated payload of 60 to 66 tons per aircraft, these flights could represent a significant volume of equipment delivered to Tehran.

At the same time, the United States continues to reinforce its presence in the region. U.S. Air Force assets, including F-15E Strike Eagles, F-35As, and F-22s, along with KC-135 refueling aircraft, have been deployed to Middle Eastern bases. Additional carrier strike groups are also reportedly being prepared for potential operations.

Analysts note that even with potential reinforcements—such as advanced air defense systems—the overall balance could remain challenging for Iran. The scale of U.S. precision strike capabilities, including cruise missiles and air-launched systems, may exceed the capacity of layered defenses.

Some discussions have also focused on whether advanced strike or electronic warfare systems could be transferred to enhance Iran’s deterrence capability. However, these assessments remain speculative, and no official confirmations have been provided.

Overall, the situation reflects a rapidly evolving security environment, with multiple actors adjusting their military posture in response to rising tensions.

DF-41: The Missile That Could Reshape Global Power

Can a single missile shift the balance of power in under 30 minutes? The latest video from Military Decoded dives into China’s DF-41 — one of the most advanced intercontinental ballistic missiles in the world.

With speeds exceeding Mach 25, a range of up to 15,000 km, and MIRV capability, the DF-41 represents a major leap in strategic weaponry.

Beyond specs, the video explores real-world implications: why modern defense systems struggle to intercept it, how mobile launch platforms increase survivability, and what hypersonic technology means for the future of warfare.

Is the DF-41 a deterrent — or the start of a new arms race?

The Type 052B destroyers, hull numbers 168 and 169, have completed their upgrades. Their current configuration is now similar to other older destroyer classes after modernization, featuring 32 medium-range air defense VLS cells and eight long-range supersonic anti-ship missiles.

In terms of firepower, this setup is now roughly comparable to the Type 054A/B frigates.

The W5000 is a large transport UAV now in mass production, with reported orders reaching around 530 units.

It has a maximum takeoff weight of about 11.6 tons and can carry up to 5.5 tons of cargo. That puts its payload capacity in the same class as light tactical transport aircraft like the CASA-235 or the An-26/Y-7.

Within the PLA, this platform is expected to be operated by logistics units rather than the Air Force, focusing on transport and supply missions.

The WS-22 is a 122mm multiple launch rocket system designed for short- to medium-range fire support.

A standard battery includes six launch vehicles, two reload vehicles, one command vehicle, one communications vehicle, and one technical support vehicle. Its effective range is between roughly 15 and 28 miles.

In terms of cost, a full battery is priced at around $15 million with standard rockets. That can increase to $25 to $40 million depending on the number of guided munitions included.

Unguided rockets cost about $3,000 per round for 15-mile range, and around $6,000 for extended-range 28-mile versions. Guided rockets, with a range of up to 28 miles, are priced at approximately $40,000 per round. The minimum purchase requirement is typically 1,000 rockets per battery.

Buyers must obtain approval from the PLA’s Equipment Development Department and provide proof of financial capability before engaging with manufacturers. Payment terms usually require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

Delivery timelines are generally within one year for orders under 100,000 standard rockets, along with supporting vehicles.

It’s worth noting—Chinese weapons are not necessarily cheaper than comparable systems from Russia or Eastern Europe. Purchases require solid financial backing, with limited flexibility on credit terms. All exports are tightly controlled and must be approved and handled through authorized state-owned defense trading companies.

Is the U.S. Navy facing its most serious surface threat yet?
China’s Type 055 destroyer is not just powerful, it’s redefining what a modern warship can be.
112 VLS cells. Advanced AESA radar. Full-spectrum combat capability from air defense to anti-submarine warfare.

Some experts are already calling it a “cruiser in disguise.”
Others say it’s the beginning of a new naval era.

But here’s the real question:
Is the Type 055 truly capable of challenging U.S. naval dominance… or is it still overhyped?

🎥 In this video, a former U.S. Air Force pilot breaks it all down — from missile power to real battlefield role — with no fluff, just strategic insight.

The new Type 19 platform is now being introduced to the LZ55 medium brigade of China’s 83rd Group Army, replacing older tracked vehicles.

In the initial phase, the unit is expected to field around 320 eight-wheeled Type 19 vehicles—including wheeled tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, and armored personnel carriers.

These will replace legacy platforms such as the Type 89 APC and the Type 88 tank.

Following that, additional wheeled support vehicles will be added to complete the brigade’s new combat structure.

The ZBD-04B chassis is now being paired with a new unmanned turret, potentially equipped with a 40mm cannon firing cased telescoped ammunition.

This configuration could represent a new reconnaissance combat vehicle for heavy units. Meanwhile, standard ZBD-04B infantry fighting vehicles will continue to use the familiar 100mm and 30mm gun combination seen on the ZBD-04 and ZBD-04A.

The Type 04 family—04, 04A, and 04B—is expected to remain the PLA’s primary heavy infantry fighting platform through around 2050.

Currently, the PLA fields roughly 400 ZBD-04s and 1,800 ZBD-04As. An additional 1,500 to 2,000 ZBD-04Bs will likely be needed to replace the remaining Type 86 and Type 89 vehicles.

Beyond the IFV role, this chassis also supports multiple variants, including heavy anti-tank missile carriers, 122mm self-propelled artillery, recovery and repair vehicles, and reconnaissance platforms.
