It splits life into before and after — and you never return to who you were.
You carry love and loss in the same space, learning to stand again on fractured ground.

Grief is not just emotional. It lives in the body, the nervous system, the exhaustion, the illness, the collapse that comes when the mind cannot process what the heart has endured.

It brings guilt, anger, emptiness, and the relentless replay of what ifs.
It convinces you one moment missed can outweigh a lifetime of love — even when that isn’t true.

Grief cannot be hurried or fixed.
It must be felt. Spoken. Carried.

Healing is not forgetting.
It is reshaping the relationship — carrying those we’ve lost forward in our values, our choices, and the way we love.

You are not broken because your grief runs deep.
You are changed because your love ran deep.

And that is something to honour.

New video… Building emotional resilience!

I don’t know about you all but this past few years has certainly taught me a few things in building emotional resilience…

After losing 4 people I love in close succession, wading through every ebb and flow of grief, learning the hard way about others too!!

This all lead me to riding through many emotional s#!+ storms, which then lead to navigating my way through illness..

It’s not the storms that drown us, it’s the inability to fight on through those storms!

We must forever fight! Get knocked down 9 times.. get up 10 yada yada..

My sincere apologies for my long hiatus from YouTube.. Sometimes we all need time to heal and grow and with that is knowing when we do need just that!

I’m so very grateful for those of you that have stood by me through this time, those of you who have continued to watch my past videos and leave uplifting comments and to those of you that have checked in on me!

I’m very blessed to have built a kind and caring community here.. Thank you all! 🌸🩵🍃

Moving forward I will do my best to be more consistent, but you can rest assured, I’m certainly grateful for you all..
