I make music for movie trailers, shoot film photography and chase ideas that keep me inspired. This channel is where I explore it all and share the journey along the way.
I originally put this video out and it just didn’t feel right. The pacing was off and the emotion never really landed the way I intended. So I pulled it down and recut the entire thing to better reflect where my head and heart actually were.
This version is slower and more honest. It’s about trying to split creativity into boxes and realizing that approach drained the fun out of creating for me.
If you’ve ever felt pulled in multiple creative directions I think this one will resonate. Appreciate you being here and letting me take the time to get this right 🙏💯
Real talks with the people behind the music - producers, A&Rs, artists, and composers sharing how they built their careers and stay creative. These are clips taken from the long form interview on my course -
First short with Grammy-winner Spencer Ludwig out now 🤘🎙️
Next video is a full deep dive on how to make music for movie trailers. It’s a longer one but it takes you from start to finish and breaks down how trailers are made, who cuts them and how to turn a brief into a fully built cue. If you’ve been curious about trailer music or want to see the full process, this one’s for you 🤘😎
12,000+ views in a week…and this was originally posted here, then on my other channel and now back here. Beyond grateful! This version of Why I Ride is the same story, just recut and polished up a bit. I’m reposting some of my favorite work here while I consolidate everything onto one channel.
If you’re here for music, filmmaking, gear, stories - or the messy middle where it all overlaps - you’re in the right place. Thanks for sticking with me 🙏
Over the next few weeks I’ll be posting a mix of new and old content. Some videos are being reuploaded from my film channel, others are brand-new music-related pieces. I’m consolidating everything here so it’s all in one place.
I’m sure I’ll lose a few folks in the process but for those sticking around for the creative journey - thank you. There’s a lot more to come 🎬🎶⚙️⏱️☕️
