I grew up in a modest immigrant family and became a millionaire at 32 through real estate, stocks, and business. I make videos sharing my personal finance & investing tips to help you get rich :)
Professionally I have a corporate finance background. I am a qualified chartered accountant and CFO that runs a wealth management and accounting practice serving clients in North America.
I occasionally post podcast episodes on business and entrepreneurship because that’s what I love talking about.

I'm 32, left corporate when I was 30. Since then, I've:
1️⃣ Built a following
2️⃣ Started my own biz
3️⃣ Explored a new career in sales/marketing
4️⃣ Met lots of like minded people + made new friends that are supportive and kind
5️⃣ Create my own schedule every day
6️⃣ Launched a podcast
7️⃣ Purchased another property
8️⃣ Finally hit $1M in net worth
All while most of my personal circumstances were actually against me.
It’s amazing what you can do with your life when you choose to trust yourself and walk away from a life where deep down you knew you were being suppressed.
If you like money... be cautious of who you spend time with. If you are constantly around people that:
🚩 Thrive on drama
🚩 Have a tonne of limiting beliefs
🚩 Are just full of BS or lip service
🚩 Have messy personal lives
🚩 Worldview that you don't align with
... guess what's going to happen to you and your bank account?
❤️❤️ xoxo

Youtube is the new TV.
I was speaking to a network and television executive yesterday.
She has spent 20 years in traditional media and has worked for some of the largest TV networks in the US - ABC and NBC specifically.
Guess what she told me?
ABC’s biggest competitor is not NBC or CBS.
ABC’s #1 biggest competitor is Youtube.
We're in a creator-led economy now.
Businesses would rather pay creators for a spot in their video, rather than a TV network air time to run commercials.
If you want to generate any sort of income or brand awareness for yourself or your business, Youtube is the #1 most important thing you must nail down.
Go ask any 7 or 8-figure online entrepreneur, they all say the same thing.
That is, the #1 online strategy today to sell any B2C/B2B physical product or service… is Youtube.
Selling a traditional service? Great. Youtube can be a lead generation funnel for you.
Building a personal brand? Great. Youtube > LinkedIn/Instagram.
Running paid ads? Great. Having a Youtube channel will lower your CPA.
Selling a digital product/course? Great. A lot of money in the info product industry is basically just made off Youtube.
Youtube is not "rocket science" but 99.99% of videos posted on the platform are amateur and never hit the algorithm. And 99.99% of people who say they want to do Youtube, never do.
I'm going to be posting more content related to Youtube on a new channel coming shortly.
In the meantime, hit me up on LinkedIn if you want to connect on your Youtube strategy.

When I first met Kevin, neither of us had any money, responsibilities, or commitments.
All I knew is that he was the most precious human being I had ever met in this world - someone who wants to be everyone’s friend, and someone who genuinely doesn’t know how to lie or hurt a fly.
He gave me every single relationship green flag that I knew I wanted in a life partner.
Honesty, seriousness, commitment, no wandering eyeballs or shady business, and always reliable to his word.
His character is one that everyone likes, trusts, and believes.
But he’s also very picky about everything and not everyone earns his respect.
The only reason I know how to hold my own and can claim a seat at the big boys table today, is because he’s always adored and challenged me like queen behind the scenes.
Only a man that’s been raised by a strong woman and loving mother could give that type of love and agency.
Like any long term relationship, we both have our own difficult areas and we’ve had our hurdles to overcome.
Being with a queen bee ain't easy - it takes a lot communication, and mutual effort to make things work.
He has no problem apologizing first, never letting a disagreement linger, or an argument go unresolved. He has never once bailed on me when things have gotten uncomfortable or difficult.
And because we both know how to make money, both together and as individuals, we’ve been able to build a life that’s been very special for us both.
Also #1 dad award - there’s a reason why our son prefers his dad when he’s scared or upset.
Here’s to our wedding anniversary and the last 10 years - 1/3 of my life, that I’ve spent building a life together with a real man.
