Please give a warm welcome to our new guitarist, Jackson Snowden! 👋
Finding a guitarist was a challenge. We spoke to and auditioned many people, which didn't make things easier.
Jackson came recommended by our good friend, Lucas Koughan from Disembodied Tyrant. After meeting with us and expressing his interest in joining the band, we sent him our most difficult song on guitar and he sent us back a nearly flawless playthrough the very next day. That sealed the deal.
Many of you already know him from the first ever tours we did last year, promoting our “Cross Me Twice” album. Sam joined us as a fill in drummer for both of those runs and absolutely crushed it.
He's a road warrior. Killed it on and off stage every single night. The vibes were awesome all around, so after a few months of being home we had more serious talks and decided to officially welcome him into the band!
Can't wait to show you his drum work on the new music! 🐻
2026 has brought a lot of change within the Sicksense camp. After many conversations and heavy consideration we have decided to part ways with Joe and Phil.
Joe's primary focus has always been his daughter and the obligations that come with being a parent. We have always applauded and supported him for that mindset. Unfortunately, that always made scheduling and commitments more difficult within the band, especially once touring came into the picture. With open and honest communication we've mutually agreed that this decision is best for both sides and our friendship.
With Phil permanently residing in Greece, the constant travelling and being away from home became a burden to his other relationships and commitments. We understand and support him in his decision.
We'd like to thank them both for their contributions during their time in Sicksense and wish them all the best in their future endeavors. We created wonderful music, visuals and a lifetime of memories together.
Rest assured, we've been working very hard behind the scenes and have a killer lineup along with new music coming out soon! Stay tuned 🐻
We'd like to thank Earache Records for seeing something special in our music and believing and supporting us in our debut album release.
2025 was a monumental year for Sicksense and we're truly grateful for everyone who has been a part of our journey so far.
Moving forward, we've decided to go back to our independent roots. Our DIY mentality, hard work ethic and creative control are all elements that have always been important to us and we look forward to being able to fully utilize them again.
This is just the first of many announcements. We've been working very hard behind the scenes on new music, that we'll be able to share soon, so stay tuned for more.
We’re looking back at 2025—the tours, the debut album, and the incredible energy at every show. It was a chapter for the books, and we want to close it with a bang!

Happy Halloween from Sicksense! We let Chucky and Beetlejuice off the leash for a night of spooky fun (and some aggressive axe-throwing). This is your sign to tag the friend who still has a costume on today. 👇
