*THE LAST DAYS OF SUMMER — I’m looking for 10 photographers!*

Inspired by beautiful photography of Harold Feinstein (latest video on the channel), I created a new community project with *picdrop* called **The Last Days of Summer** and this time we’re doing things a little differently....

We’re looking for **10 photographers** to document the final days of summer, wherever you happen to be in the world. Each selected photographer will receive a **disposable film camera** to photograph their interpretation of this moment, whether that is the changing light, people, places, landscapes, whatever *the last days of summer* mean to you.

The idea is simple:

1. Apply through the form below
2. 10 photographers will be selected
3. We’ll send each photographer a disposable camera
4. Photograph your *Last Days of Summer*
5. Send us your photographs when you’re finished
6. The final work will be curated and shared through picdrop and mine social channels and platforms.

*Starting new series of publications*

*The Landscape We Made* is the first in a new series of essays I’ll be publishing alongside my work on YouTube. This first essay started with a fairly simple question: *what if landscape photography was never only about nature?*

Across 37 pages, I look at *how photographers have used landscape to talk about much more than what exists in front of our cameras* from wilderness and beauty, to human intervention, industry, memory and much more.

Along the way, we’ll stop to look at the work of photographers including Robert Adams, Stephen Shore, Richard Misrach, Mitch Epstein, Edward Burtynsky, Joel Sternfeld and Sally Mann, alongside some of my own photographs.

I wanted this to be something that could exist beyond the video itself, something you could sit with, read at your own pace and hopefully inspire you to see and think differently about your own photography. Its the case for grabbing a drink, making yourself comfortable but this time, enjoying a read through this essay.
