Considering what we discussed in our last video, whose approach to "the moment" speaks to you more? Related to the full video: https://youtu.be/dgUHyaVRJhU
If you enjoyed my recent video on Harold Feinstein, I wanted to share a few places where you can continue exploring his life and work!
While researching the video, *Last Stop Coney Island: The Life and Photography of Harold Feinstein* , directed by Andy Dunn (www.andydunnonline.com/) , was an incredibly valuable resource and I believe it also gives you the opportunity to spend much more time with Harold, his photographs and the person behind the photographer.
Sometimes the best thing a video can do is encourage you to keep looking. If Harold's photos and the overall message of his work resonated with you as much as it did with me, there is so much more to discover!
Photographers, in your experience what has been MORE important in capturing the perfect moment? Related to our latest video: https://youtu.be/dgUHyaVRJhU
*THE LAST DAYS OF SUMMER — I’m looking for 10 photographers!*
Inspired by beautiful photography of Harold Feinstein (latest video on the channel), I created a new community project with *picdrop* called **The Last Days of Summer** and this time we’re doing things a little differently....
We’re looking for **10 photographers** to document the final days of summer, wherever you happen to be in the world. Each selected photographer will receive a **disposable film camera** to photograph their interpretation of this moment, whether that is the changing light, people, places, landscapes, whatever *the last days of summer* mean to you.
The idea is simple:
1. Apply through the form below 2. 10 photographers will be selected 3. We’ll send each photographer a disposable camera 4. Photograph your *Last Days of Summer* 5. Send us your photographs when you’re finished 6. The final work will be curated and shared through picdrop and mine social channels and platforms.
The application form is private and can only be viewed by myself and the picdrop team. Any personal information submitted will not be publicly shared. I genuinely cannot wait to see where these 10 little cameras end up!! :)
