A few days ago, one of my closest friends lost his dad, far too early. It was a sobering reminder of how fragile life is.
We often get so caught up in the daily grind, assuming things will just go on as they are forever. But in those moments, we realize how little time we sometimes spend telling people we care about them.
Since then, I’ve started this simple ritual: Anytime someone I care about is going through a rough day, I send them a virtual hug GIF. It’s a small gesture, but it reminds them they’re not alone.
Let this be your reminder to send a virtual hug or kind message to someone you care about today. It could mean the world to them :)
