Bollywood superstar Salman Khan seems to have ramped up the security at his Mumbai residence on Tuesday as locals spotted new bulletproof glasses guarding the balcony of his Galaxy Apartments in Bandra. This comes amid the constant threats to his life from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang over the blackbuck poaching case.
Recent news from Mumbai reports the tragic death of a 25-year-old Air India pilot, Srishti Tuli, who was found dead in her rented apartment in Andheri. She reportedly died by suicide, and her boyfriend, Aditya Pandit, has been arrested for alleged abetment. According to authorities, Tuli had faced issues in her relationship, with allegations of harassment and arguments, which are being investigated as contributing factors to her death.

The plane, operated by the SWIFT airline, had originated in the German city of Leipzig, which is a hub for DHL.
"It fell a few kilometers before the airport, it just skidded for a few hundred meters, its debris somewhat caught a residential house," Renatas Pozela, the head of the Lithuanian rescue service said.
"Residential infrastructure around the house was on fire, and the house was slightly damaged, but we managed to evacuate people," he added.
Twelve residents were evacuated from the building, as per officials.
Earlier reports said that the aircraft had crashed into a residential building.
Vilnius Mayor Valdas Benkunskas said the plane missed the house "by chance" and crashed into the courtyard.
