Whatâs fucken good everyone, hope your having a sick summer, just wanted to say thank yall for almost 1K subs, and all of your love and support! Currently on a trip in Mexico w the fam & having a blast. I gotta say the whole diet culture, fat loss and getting in shape is cool and all, but sometimes when you think outside the box, it gets very boring after a long time. The reason I started this channel was to share my story and help people the way I helped myself get in shape and change my lifeâŚ
On terms during the summer though, itâs good to let yourself have fun every so often, without constant stress over calories, steps, sleep, etc.
But after the summer, when youâve had your fun, then itâs probably best to start from scratch again, but also finding other ways to enjoy fitness besides just âlooking goodâ or being âshreddedâ
During my menâs physique comp, I always had brain fog, terrible sleep, no libido and overall just a terrible person to be around. I looked good and placed 3rd, but honestly itâs not worth it being âshreddedâ unless you can cope w the side effectsđ
I have nothing against being shredded or wanting to look and feel good, of course you should still exercise, eat clean most of the time, and track progress, but donât let it take up your whole life, you only live onceâŚ
