The girl you saw not too long ago was VERY publicly experiencing & exhibiting m•a•n•i•a.

Taking back @2ghoulspodcast was the most stressful thing I’d ever done in my career, and I wanted it to be very public, what I was doing, since Sam had her turn to do so.

I found out during my first week of in-patient that my official diagnosis was something called, ‘Bipolar |’, and apparently I came in on account of, was a term used in Bipolar called, “rapid cycling”.

I’m okay, now. Just delicate. 🥲😅😇

Apparently it’s gunna take me about 4️⃣ weeks for things to start to feel “normal” for me.
