Somehow this akai amp had a nasty trip on its way here from Japan. Its keeping me quite busy. Incredibly the faceplate is mostly ok. Thankfully there is a gap inside between the front pcb and the bottom pcb. It has a channel fault still and the crt has not much brightness. So a work in progress….
